Southwest Austin

Southwest Austin features everything from large, master-planned communities to smaller established neighborhoods with estate-sized lots.  There is a large metropolitan park within Circle C as well as several other parks.  The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center is a fun place to visit, and if you like biking, the "veloway" is a safe place to go.  Loop 1/MoPac is the main highway taking you downtown - in 20-45 minutes depending on traffic. Several of the SW neighborhoods feature new construction, community pools and tennis courts, play grounds and highly-rated schools. Circle C Ranch features a beautiful golf course.  SW Austin has lots of green spaces, trees, parks, as well as modern conveniences.  Click on the links below to view available homes or more information about the area/neighborhood.
