Buyer's Agent - Role

A buyer's agent is a real estate professional who works exclusively for buyers, representing their best interests throughout a real estate transaction. There are many benefits of using a buyer's agent and, just to let you know right from the beginning, all these benefits don't cost you anything. The buyer's agent's services are paid for by the home seller.

When I work for you, I will:
1) Listen to your future home needs, wants, expectations, "must haves", etc. and stay focused on them!
2) Save you time searching the market for a home that meets your criteria.
3) Help you explore all your financing options so you can make the best mortgage decision you can. I will refer you to my husband who has been a mortgage broker for over 20 years (although if you already have a favorite lender/mortgage broker, that's fine, too).
4) Take you to view homes, mapping them out ahead of time and saving you time. I will point out highlights and concerns of each home.
5) Negotiate the best possible home price for you, based on comparable sales data. I'll go through the contract with you so you feel comfortable with all the details.
6) Refer you to licensed home inspectors who will provide in-depth analysis of all the major systems of the house (foundation, roof, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, etc.)
7) Schedule appointments as needed throughout the closing process and keep you up-to-date with all that is going on throughout the closing period.
8) Assist you in finding the right moving company, home insurance and any other home-related services you need.
9) Fulfill my fiduciary responsibilities to you, which include: complete disclosure, loyalty, confidentiality, obedience and accountability.
All you have to do is tell me what you are looking for in a home and I can get started helping you find just that! Then you can see for yourself the high level of service I provide. Please call, 512-426-9090, or email me any time. Hope to hear from you soon!
