Lake Travis - in Northwest Travis County
The Lake Travis area has its own school district – Lake Travis ISD – and is located along the south shore of the lake on the west side of Austin. The Lake Travis area is located a little further out from central Austin, but it has all the conveniences – shopping, restaurants, offices, doctors, and much more. There has been a lot of development along RR620, the main road for the Lake Travis area. The city of Lakeway and the city of Bee Cave are within the Lake Travis area.

Falconhead - built along a public golf course, these homes are priced at $400K and above. Some Realtors use Spillman Ranch as the subdivision name.
Flintrock Falls - features the Jack Nicklaus golf course and predominantly Mediteranean-and Tuscan-style custom homes.
Lake Pointe - located off Bee Caves close to Hwy 71 and the new Hill Country Galleria, homes are priced at $250K and above. The section closest to Lake Travis is called The Pointe and is a gated section of $1M+ homes. The section next to The Pointe is called Vista Pointe and also features $1M+ homes, but is not gated.
