Round Rock
Located North of Austin, Round Rock has changed drastically in the last few years. Round Rock schools have earned a reputation as being top-notch which has brought many families to the area. The homes are very reasonably priced and the area is bursting with new construction of homes, retail, restaurants, and roads. Round Rock has many parks and green areas, and you still see a number of ranches when driving through the area!

Avery Ranch - master-planned golf course neighborhood with lots of amenities and homes/ townhomes in all price ranges. The section east of Parmer goes to Round Rock schools, while the section west of Parmer goes to Leander schools. New construction still available.
Behren’s Ranch - this neighborhood has great "street" appeal. The entryway is well designed and very attractive. Cactus Ranch Elementary, rated "exemplary" is located within the neighborhood.
