Westlake – Eanes
Located West of downtown, Westlake Hills is aptly named as it is on the west side of Lake Austin, in the hills close to Loop 360 and Bee Caves Road. This area is in the highly acclaimed Eanes Independent School District (see school ratings). Many families choose to live here because of the excellent schools. Some of the neighborhoods boast spectacular views of Austin, some are bordering Lake Austin. Many of the homes are priced above $500K, although there are a few neighborhoods with homes under $500K.
