It’s likely you’re seeing a lot of articles in your local papers about the ongoing 89th Texas Legislative (Regular) Session. Whether it’s school vouchers, clean water rights, property taxes, gun violence, affordable health care or any number of other issues, Representative Vikki Goodwin is in the middle of the fray.
